Neighborhood Nestwatch Data Summary

Since the inception of Neighborhood Nestwatch in 2000, 248 nests from 8 different kinds of birds, commonly found in Washington D.C. backyards, have been monitored.

The 8 species are: Song Sparrow, Northern Mockingbird, Carolina Chickadee, Carolina Wren, American Robin [see also here], Northern Cardinal, Gray Catbird, and House Wren.
