US war crimes in Fallujah, Iraq, investigated [Peace and war, Human rights, Crime] — Administrator @ 10:15 pm


This video Fallujah: the Hidden Massacre provides what it claims is clinching evidence that incendiary bombs known as Mark 77, a new, improved form of napalm, was used in the attack on Fallujah, in breach of the UN Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons of 1980, which only allows its use against military targets.

US military probing new allegations of Iraq war crimes

The United States military said Tuesday it is investigating “credible allegations” of wrongdoing by US Marines in Iraq during fighting in Fallujah three years ago.

Responding to reports that Marines allegedly killed several Iraqi prisoners of war, Naval Criminal Investigative Service spokesman Ed Buice said in a statement a probe was now under way.
