Bent sword buried with the prince of Oss

On my way to the museum today: a grey heron sitting on a catamaran boat in a canal.

There are two exhibitions in the museum which I saw today.

First, The Secret of the Celts.

It is about the Celts in the European prehistoric iron and Roman ages.

It is hard to have a clear definition of ‘Celtic’.

For instance, we still are not sure if the indigenous inhabitants of The Netherlands in Roman times spoke Celtic or Germanic languages.

Part of the exhibition were finds from the prehistoric grave of the ‘Prince of Oss‘ in the southern Netherlands.
